The METTEX Coating System is a series of plating processes that are performed with a new solution using Electrochemical Precise Flexibility Manufacturing (EPFM). The plating processes can range from a simple manual procedure to a fully automated technique. METTEX coatings can be used on most metals and alloys. Excellent adhesion is obtained on all commonly used metals, including steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, chromium, nickel and all of their alloys. Five types of METTEX coating processes are available for a wide variety of applications. The following list outlines and describes each type of coating. |
