High wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and a shining surface are all built into the five specialized uniform deposition solutions and processes that comprise the METTEX Coating System.

The safety and environmental concerns associated with traditional electroplating are greatly decreased by using the METTEX Coating System. No wet processing utilizing vats of toxic material such as cyanide are used or created as a result of processing. The high costs and complex equipment associated with Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) are not needed with METTEX. The processes can be completed using may methods, ranging from a simple manual process to a fully automated technique. The highly controlled environment necessary for CVD and PVD are not a requirement for METTEX Coating System.
